​Craig Harrison has been doing business in Northern Colorado since 1984 as a land, commercial real estate, and natural resource broker. Harrison has closed nearly 800 transactions, including more than 200,000 acres of land, 250,000 square feet of commercial properties, and over 100,000 acre feet of water rights. In addition, he is deeply knowledgeable about oil and gas production through his extensive experience working with over 50,000 mineral acres.

Harrison was also a forerunner in internet computer mapping with four issued patents. In the early 2000s, he owned the largest computer server sold by Dell for a business of less than 400 people, which also provided his first entry into the world of data centers.
